"We have been going to Ernie for 5 years now. We started off with pitching only, but Ernie’s keen eye noticed that my son had the potential to be a good hitter as well. For the last 4 years we have been doing pitching and batting lessons and the results have been great. My son has been a debatable #1 pitcher in our league and consistently in the top 3. I would like to thank you for all the work, patience, and guidance you have given my son. I have been coaching youth baseball for over 10 years and have been successful with a lot of players. I decided to seek professional training for my oldest son. He has been to many different trainers in the area, but even though they all had knowledge, I never felt comfortable with their teaching techniques. One thing, that I am very impressed with your instructions is how you are able to communicate with my son to a level of respect, yet able to make them want to excel in their training. I have seen many coaches in the past, where they use demeaning techniques to reach players. I am all about positive reinforcement and the last thing any coach wants out of the players is for that player to quit baseball, because they feel they are not good enough. Players develop at different paces and with player’s passion on learning with proper instruction, anything is possible. When my son had injured himself, your knowledge of proper rehab drills to strengthen his body, has been very instrumental to his recovery.
