Ernie Ramirez has devoted his life to the game baseball. Since playing his first game at the age of four, he has had a true passion for the game! Coach Ramirez is a Full Time Baseball Professional. He has coached baseball at the youth, high school and college levels and softball at the youth and high school levels. He is currently a Professional Baseball and Softball Trainer, college placement advisor for his athletes and a College scout. His one on one instruction improves players through proper bio mechanics, use of balance, flexability and rhythm. His coaching style centers around communication, patience and proper exchange of knowledge. "It's key that coaches talk to their players, not at them. Baseball is a game and games are meant to be fun and mentally challenging. It's more important that player understands what is being taught rather than just follow along and mimick phrases and movements. Youth sports in our country lose more players each year because they don't enjoy playing than for any other reason. " Coach Ramirez gives over 1500 lessons, evaluates 2000 plus high school players and works regularly with Major and Minor League players and coaches each year at events across the country. Many of his former players who are now Professionals still work with him in the off season.
